Introduction

For almost seven years I've written the computer and technology column in the Friday edition of the Capital News. I also am a Mac OS X Certified Support Specialist with 14 years of Mac experience, who enjoys going to work in the mornings.

How long have you been using a Mac?

My first Mac ran System 7.1 back in 1993. I've extensively used all versions of the Mac OS since.

What is your current Mac operating system?

I make a point of staying current with all versions of the OS, including the current 10.4.8
